Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Incisory (incisory.com), operated from Vilnius, Lithuania. By using the site, the free audit, a paid plan, or the Incisory MCP connector, you agree to them.

The service

Incisory measures whether AI assistants recommend your business, reports the results with verbatim answers, generates content and recommendations to improve your visibility, and tracks AI-referred traffic. AI-assistant answers are probabilistic and change over time; we report what the engines said when we asked, and we make every claim reproducible, but we do not control what third-party AI systems say.

Plans and billing

Paid plans (Starter €79/month, Pro €249/month) are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Everything we generated for you remains yours. The Pro plan's 90-day guarantee: if your measured citation visibility has not improved 90 days after onboarding, you can request a full refund of fees paid for that period.

Free tier

The free audit is rate-limited per visitor because each audit costs us real engine fees. We may adjust free-tier limits at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Incisory to misrepresent a business you don't control, to spam communities (our Reddit drafts are for disclosed, human posting from your own account), or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content we generate

Articles, schema, and drafts we generate for you are yours to use. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing — you know your business; treat our drafts as strong drafts, not gospel.

Liability

Incisory is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
