Privacy Policy.
This explains what Incisory (incisory.com, operated from Vilnius, Lithuania) collects and why, in plain language. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
What we collect
- Free audit: the website you enter, the audit results, and your IP address (used only to enforce the daily free-audit limit).
- Accounts: your email address, your business's website/name/niche, scan history, and generated content. Login is by emailed link — we never store passwords.
- Billing: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we store your subscription status and the business details you enter at checkout.
- Emails: sent via Resend (reports, alerts, login links). We see delivery status.
- Traffic tracking (px.js): if you install our snippet on your site, it detects visits referred by AI assistants and reports the referring engine and page path to your dashboard. It sets no cookies, fingerprints no one, and records nothing about visitors' identities. You are responsible for disclosing analytics in your own site's privacy policy.
What we do with it
Audit inputs are sent to the AI engines we measure (OpenAI, Google, and others as we add them) to run your scans. We don't sell data to anyone, run ads, or share your data beyond the processors named here (Stripe, Resend, Neon — our database host, Render — our server host, and the AI engine providers).
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time: email hello@incisory.com from your account email. Deletion removes your account, scans, generated content, and tracked-traffic rows; Stripe retains what payment law requires it to.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Anonymous free-audit records are kept so shareable result links keep working. Server logs rotate automatically.
